Boulder Woods Full House Staging

It's been a little while since I had the pleasure of doing a full house staging. While partial staging has its benefits, there's nothing more profitable than showcasing a fully staged property. In this case, the homeowner decided to remodel the property before staging it and he sure hit the jackpot. We consulted on paint, cabinets (he selected the most beautiful cabinetry on his own), kitchen counter tops, handles and back splash. The final product was simply gorgeous. The seller was eager to give the buyer an almost new home and succeeded. From curb appeal to interior renovations, no detail was overlooked. Previously on the market for close to 2 months without any action, the updates and staging created multiple offers.
