Rooms included: 1 Living, 1 Dining, 1 Bedroom, Kitchen décor (no furniture), and 1 Bathroom.

DELUXE
Our Deluxe Package includes stylish furniture and decor and is perfect for any home from 1800 square feet to 2500. We include all main areas such as 1 Living, Foyer, 1 Dining, Master Suite and Bath, an Office or small Den, and Kitchen (bar stools or small nook set included). We use more wall art, decor pieces, and extra furniture in those rooms requiring extra attention. This package can be delivered in 48 hours in most instances and includes photography.

LUXE
The Luxe Package caters to homes listed at $500,000 and above. We keep in mind that at this price point our buyer expects touches of luxury and airy open spaces that project an ideal lifestyle. Designer furniture pieces are essential as much as the extra home decor accents. Our personalized staging approach creates a seamless blend of high-end style with budget-wise selections.
